Appraisals Unlimited, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Aaron Adler on a simple principle: real estate valuation should be accurate, honest, and dependable. More than 30 years later, that principle still guides everything we do.

From our office in Needham, Massachusetts, we have grown into a full-service appraisal and appraisal management company serving both residential and commercial markets. Our reach extends across eight states — Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida — giving lenders, investors, and attorneys a single, reliable partner for valuations across the region.
